How to Contact TaxCurb Support About Your Tax Package
Find TaxCurb’s published team contacts and learn what to include when asking about a package, payment, document, account issue, or privacy request.
TaxCurb support contacts are published so you can ask the team about the product before or after choosing a package. Rojan Upreti can be reached at rojan@taxcurb.net and Sanjog Kharel at sanjog@taxcurb.net. Use this guide to prepare a useful first message and keep sensitive information out of ordinary email.
Explain the task and the point where you need help
Start with the tax year, the page or step you are using, and a short explanation of what happened. Say whether the question concerns account access, package scope, payment, a generated document, or privacy. These details make it easier to identify the right follow-up.
For example: “I am preparing a 2026 package and cannot find the next step after reviewing my income documents.” That gives the team more context than “my taxes do not work,” without exposing your income or identification numbers.
Include a clear question
If you are comparing packages, ask which supported forms and states are included for your situation. If a payment is involved, describe when it occurred and what confirmation you received. For a document question, identify the form and the relevant field without including the full sensitive value.
If you see an error, copy its wording and explain the action that triggered it. A screenshot may help, but check it carefully for names, addresses, tax identification numbers, and financial details before sharing it. Ask the team how to provide any sensitive material needed for investigation.
Keep credentials and complete documents out of the first email
Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or complete tax documents in an ordinary support email. Describe the problem first. If the issue involves a saved record or a privacy request, ask for the appropriate verification and follow-up process.
Retain the correspondence in your records so you can refer back to the explanation. If you send a follow-up, use the same conversation and state what has changed since the earlier message.
Distinguish product help from professional advice
A software question and an individual tax-advice engagement have different scopes. Ask what help is available before assuming support includes a signed professional opinion or representation. The IRS explains how credentials and qualifications differ when you choose a tax professional.
The Help Center and preparation tutorial are useful starting points. The About page brings together our product description, privacy choices, and contact details.
What to do next
Send a concise question with the tax year and product step, retain the reply, and use the team’s follow-up instructions for any sensitive information.
