TaxCurb Payment Options: Stripe, Cards and Apple Pay
Learn about TaxCurb’s Stripe package checkout, major debit and credit cards, eligible Apple Pay wallets, and how to check available payment methods.
TaxCurb uses Stripe Checkout for package payments. Eligible debit and credit cards on supported networks provide a familiar payment route, while Apple Pay and other eligible card wallets may appear on compatible devices. Your checkout session shows the methods available for that purchase.
Pay with a supported card network
Stripe supports major card networks including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for eligible transactions. TaxCurb’s package checkout uses card payments. Card acceptance is still subject to the issuer, the transaction, and any required authentication; having a familiar card logo does not guarantee approval.
If you use a Chime-issued card or a Cash App-issued debit card, check the network shown on the card and use the ordinary card-entry option when appropriate. An eligible card payment through that network is different from a direct bank debit or a dedicated Cash App Pay button.
Look for wallet options in the actual session
Apple Pay can make a card purchase more convenient when it is available for your device, browser, and eligible card. Other card wallets may also be offered. Use the options actually shown in your Stripe Checkout session rather than assuming that every method supported somewhere by Stripe is enabled for every TaxCurb purchase.
If a wallet option does not appear, check whether another supported card method is available. Avoid sending card details to support by email. Describe the checkout step and the error message if you need help.
Keep package payment separate from tax payment
Buying a TaxCurb preparation package pays for the selected product. It does not by itself prove that a federal or state tax balance has been paid or that a return has been filed. Review the amount, package, account, and tax year before approving the purchase.
A package receipt belongs with your product records. Any separate tax payment confirmation belongs with the relevant tax return and payment history. Labeling them clearly helps you understand which task is complete.
Review your receipt and account access
TaxCurb’s Privacy Policy explains that Stripe handles the payment and that TaxCurb does not store your full payment-card number. Keep the payment confirmation and check access to the purchased package. If those do not match, contact the team with a concise description of the issue.
The Terms of Service describe purchases and paid access. Check the current checkout for the price and available methods before paying.
What to do next
Choose an eligible payment method displayed in checkout, verify the package and total, and save the confirmation for your records.
